By accessing www.israelforeverfoundation.org and/or registering as a Virtual Citizen of Israel, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then do not access and/or use The Israel Forever Foundation website. We may change these at any time and we will do our best to inform you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued involvement with The IFF after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where The Israel Forever Foundation website is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us or by law. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that The Israel Forever Foundation has the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither The Israel Forever Foundation shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

What Information Does IFF Collect? Upon registration for Virtual Citizenship of Israel or as a member of The Israel Forever Foundation, your name, address, email, phone number and birthdate are collected and stored in our database which is protected via an encryption method of the highest security level to ensure the privacy of your personal information. Your IP address is also logged whenever you post in the forums. If you donate to IFF, your credit card information is handled via Paypal. How does IFF use this information? IFF stores the collected information in our secure database. We do NOT, under any circumstances, sell, distribute, or share your information with anybody without your explicit permission. We will use this information to send you newsletters (which you can choose not to receive) and an occasional update, but we will NOT be using your information to contact you otherwise.
